Responsibilities

Translate executive business priorities into cloud, GenAI and Agentic AI transformation roadmaps.
Help clients define their future business and operating models.
Develop business cases, target operating models and transformation blueprints.
Drive process redesign and operating model transformation enabled by Agentic AI.
Collaborate with technical teams to define integrated end-to-end cloud and AI solutions.
Drive strategic AWS pursuits.
Shape compelling AWS and AI transformation narratives for C-level stakeholders.
Influence strategic decision-making.
Build trusted executive relationships.
Drive business-led transformation from strategy to execution.

Requirements

Successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Technology Management, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
6-10 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, business transformation, and/or technology strategy.
Experience in the development of business cases, operating models and executive-level programs.
Deep AWS expertise combined with strong executive advisory capabilities.
Ability to translate complex business requirements across cloud, GenAI and Agentic AI into scalable solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Proven track record of acting as a trusted advisor to senior client executives.
Experience driving strategic initiatives from initial concept through implementation.
Experience orchestrating collaboration across business and technology teams.
Confident communication in English and German.
Collaborative and hands-on approach.
Strong enthusiasm for GenAI and emerging technologies.
