This role focuses on leading AWS Cloud & AI capabilities, shaping hybrid delivery formats, and integrating human expertise with Cloud Engineering, AI Engineering, and Agentic AI to drive customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

Shape hybrid delivery formats, combining assets (IaC), consultants, and agents to drive customer outcomes.
Lead AWS Cloud & AI capabilities across Germany and Egypt.
Leverage PwC’s global technology and delivery network to build and scale hybrid delivery models.
Strengthen PwC’s AWS Alliance through pre-sales support.
Translate client requirements into scalable AWS Cloud and AI solutions.
Create delivery accelerators and feedback loops to improve delivery performance in line with PwC’s responsible AI principles.
Drive delivery governance, quality assurance, and AWS best-practice adoption.
Translate the latest AI services from AWS and major LLM providers into delivery capabilities.
Recruit and coach AWS consultants, architects, and AI engineers, fostering high-performing teams.

Requirements

Successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable field.
5 to 8 years of professional experience in cloud engineering, AI engineering, software engineering, and/or solution architecture.
Experience delivering enterprise-scale AWS Cloud, GenAI, or Agentic AI solutions.
In-depth AWS architecture expertise with the ability to understand the bigger picture.
Ability to translate complex client requirements into robust, scalable technology solutions.
Collaborative and hands-on approach.
Experience connecting expertise across organizational boundaries.
Experience building trusted stakeholder relationships.
Experience leading international technical teams in matrix organizations or bid environments.
Confident communication in both German and English.
