About the Role
Join our team for supplementary support and care! We are seeking an Educator (m/f/d) (30-35h/week) for the primary school at Bäke in Lichterfelde. The position is to be filled immediately.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support students during lessons and in their free time.
- Design educational programs in collaboration with the school's educational specialists.
- Prepare, guide, and further develop play, movement, creative, and learning activities.
- Implement own projects and working groups.
- Offer activities as part of holiday care.
- Develop and conduct excursions to extracurricular learning locations.
Requirements
- State recognition as an educator.
- Experience and enjoyment in open and project-oriented work with schoolchildren.
- Innovative ideas for individual and group educational activities.
