We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our Operations Team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the club, ensuring exceptional standards of safety, cleanliness, presentation and operational excellence.
- Develop and inspire a high-performing team, drive compliance and continuous improvement, and create an environment where both members and team members can thrive.
- Ensure the Team and colleagues adhere to the highest Health & Safety Standards, Brand Standards & Cleanliness in line with the Brand expectations.
- Collaborate with the H&S Advisor and the General Manager to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations and updates.
- Be proactive in seeking operational interventions to ensure compliance and improve the club’s cleanliness, brand standards and safety levels.
- Supervise and schedule the activities of the team ensuring Full Time Equivalent and payroll costs are controlled within budget.
- Champion growth and development of yourself and your team, setting clear objectives, expectations and monitoring team performance throughout the year.
- Promptly nurture potential and address underperformance.
- Fulfill Duty Shifts when required, taking responsibility and accountability during the shift, controlling staffing and facility issues throughout the club.

- Experience in operations management or a related field.

Salary/Compensations
- £33,800—£35,360 GBP
