About the Role
Negentrix Holding is an educational company dedicated to integrating individuals into Germany through practical education and career prospects. We operate four educational institutions, preparing participants for in-demand professions and guiding them from career path selection to their first job. Our target audience is individuals whose native language is not German and who have made Germany their home. We are seeking an experienced instructor for marketing projects in German for our online continuing education program.
Responsibilities
- Conduct project onboarding, consultations, and project presentations in German.
- Discuss project tasks with participants, explain requirements, and support understanding of expected outcomes.
- Review completed project phases, answer questions, provide feedback, and define next steps.
- Guide projects integrating various marketing areas: market research and branding, content, websites and search engines, advertising, analytics, CRM, e-commerce, and marketing strategy.
- Evaluate final projects based on tasks, criteria, and rubrics prepared by subject matter experts.
- Provide clear and constructive oral and written feedback in German.
- Create a communication environment closely simulating collaboration with a German client, manager, or project lead.
- Assess the quality of marketing solutions, identifying weaknesses in strategy, media plans, analytics, or other materials, and ask technically relevant questions.
- Conduct consultations so that participants with B1 German proficiency can follow, adjusting speaking pace, vocabulary, and phrasing without frequent switching to Russian.
- Understand participant questions in Russian and then lead communication back to German without losing the professional context.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of practical professional experience in full-cycle marketing or marketing project management.
- Solid understanding of key marketing areas: market research and branding, content, websites and search engines, advertising, analytics, CRM, e-commerce, and marketing strategy.
- German language proficiency at C1 level or higher, enabling secure professional communication.
- Fluent Russian language skills.
- Experience in evaluating practical or project-based work against set criteria (e.g., project defenses, exams, project reviews, jury participation).
