About the Role
Hunter Douglas is seeking driven, intelligent, creative, and entrepreneurial MBA students for a 10-week summer internship. This program offers challenging and accelerated growth opportunities, allowing interns to thrive in a dynamic environment. Interns will undertake a strategic business project, gain insights into the company and its channels, connect with senior leaders, and collaborate on a group business challenge.
Responsibilities
- Participate in company orientation and targeted learning sessions.
- Own a strategic project aligned with team business priorities.
- Connect with senior leaders through biweekly coffee chats.
- Work with fellow interns on a group business challenge.
- Present project and recommendations at the end of the internship.
- Build an understanding of Hunter Douglas, its products, customers, and sales channels.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program.
- Able to complete a 10-week summer internship and return to the MBA program afterward (Graduation 2028).
- Two or more years of professional or military experience before starting the MBA program.
- Curious, accountable, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership of a project.
- Collaborative and motivated to learn, solve problems, and contribute to ambitious goals.
