Design and deliver efficient, customer-focused services that enhance accessibility, sustainability, and quality of living.
Responsibilities
- Deliver community and stakeholder engagement programs.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Community & Stakeholder Engagement branch.
- Coordinate systems, processes, meetings, reporting, procurement activities, and engagement events.
- Coordinate team administration.
- Manage shared inboxes and correspondence.
- Support procurement and contract processes.
- Prepare event materials and kits.
- Contribute to the smooth delivery of engagement activities in a collaborative and fast-paced project environment.
Requirements
- Demonstrated administrative, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience in administrative support, procurement, and contract administration.
- Experience in stakeholder correspondence, records management, and business operations support.
