About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Stockholm team and support Tandem's expansion across the DACH region. This role is central to our mission of connecting talented individuals with meaningful work that transforms healthcare. You will collaborate with the DACH team to recruit exceptional go-to-market talent and medical professionals, build creative sourcing strategies, and ensure a high-touch hiring experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and facilitate candidate engagement.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process for various roles (Commercial, Medical Operations, Tech) across multiple European markets.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Create a seamless and inclusive candidate experience from initial contact to offer.
- Contribute to scaling recruitment processes while maintaining Tandem's culture.
- Enhance employer brand through authentic storytelling about our team, culture, and mission.
- Act as a culture carrier, bringing energy, curiosity, and passion to all interactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Partner, preferably in a high-growth, international setting.
- Demonstrated success in hiring for go-to-market roles and/or medical professionals in Europe.
- Deep curiosity and creativity in sourcing to identify overlooked talent.
- Proficiency with Talent Acquisition enablement tools and an embrace of AI-driven sourcing.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and communicate clearly.
- Passion for creating excellent candidate experiences and promoting diversity.
- Comfort with ambiguity and change, thriving in fast-paced environments.
- Genuine interest in healthcare, technology, and human-centric work.
- Fluent German language skills (bonus).
- Experience hiring in the healthcare/healthtech market (bonus).
