About the Role
As a Product Builder Intern – Growth, you will take growth initiatives from idea to live feature, working at the intersection of technology, AI, and business to make a measurable impact in a fast-growing fintech. You will have the opportunity for rapid experimentation: form a hypothesis, build it with Cursor and Claude, put it live, and measure its impact.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and launch AI-native features, conversion journeys, and landing pages on liqid.de, writing production code with Cursor and Claude from concept to go-live.
- Improve how LIQID is found in search engines and cited by AI assistants through structured data, content architecture, page performance, and our knowledge hub.
- Maintain and further develop our Sanity CMS and Next.js website, including schemas, components, and templates, to enable product and business teams to ship independently.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Design, and Engineering teams to drive initiatives forward and share learnings to accelerate team velocity.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field, preferably with a focus on software, product, or design.
- Have built and shipped a real product (website, app, tool, or automation) and can provide a link.
- Read, write, and review code with confidence, ideally JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
- Proficiency with Git.
- Daily use of AI coding tools such as Cursor and Claude.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a mindset focused on funnels, hypotheses, and measurable outcomes.
- Passion for fintech, AI, and new technology, with a tendency to try new tools early and understand their limitations.
- Verify AI output before shipping, understanding that correctness is crucial in a regulated financial product.
- Proactive and hands-on approach with a willingness to take ownership of features end-to-end.
- Ability to bring own ideas and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical work clearly to non-technical colleagues.
- Ability to build strong relationships across Product, Marketing, Design, and Engineering teams.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Full-time availability for a minimum of 3 months.
- Ability to travel to the LIQID HQ in Berlin for hybrid working.
