About the Role
The Shuttle Driver is responsible for transporting customers during their vehicle service appointments.
Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent customer service experience to all guests, picking up and returning Guest vehicles for Service.
- Operate shuttle vehicle to transport customers to and from the dealership.
- Maintain and complete delivery and pick up log.
- Ensure shuttle vehicle is clean and presentable at all times.
- Answer phones and book appointments and call next day’s appointments.
- Follow company safety policies and practices, and immediately report any and all accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid Ontario G driver’s license.
- Minimum of 2 years driving experience with a clean driving record.
Skills
- Well organized and detail oriented.
- Self-directed, requiring minimal supervision.
- Strong customer relation skills, maintaining a friendly and positive attitude.
- A thorough understanding of the region and the ability to read maps.
