- Collaborate with the Head of Customer Accounts on high-impact accounts to build commercial skills and secure long-term partnerships.
- Translate data into impact stories, showcasing how Fospha drives efficiency, growth, and smarter marketing decisions through ROI and performance storytelling.
- Identify growth or risk signals early, flagging adoption challenges or expansion opportunities, and contribute to tailored customer learning agendas.
- Contribute to strategic account plans, shaping account roadmaps, ensuring actions tie to measurable outcomes, and mapping stakeholder activation plans.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally, surfacing product feedback and feature requests to improve the platform and delivery.
- Demonstrate Fospha's core principles: Seek inclusion & diversity, Work Hard, Work Well, Work Together, Grow, Customer at the heart, and Candour with caring.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or client-facing SaaS roles, ideally within D2C marketing, analytics, or eCommerce.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for helping customers achieve tangible results.
- Comfortable interpreting data dashboards, spotting trends, and articulating the 'so what' for customers.
- Confident communicator across email, video, and live meetings, capable of building trust quickly with multiple stakeholders.
- Organized and proactive, taking ownership of follow-ups and planning.
- Eager to drive the commercial aspects of SaaS, including renewals, upsells, and business case storytelling.
