About the Role
This role involves reviewing and analyzing user-generated content on social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines, identify policy violations, and maintain a safe digital environment. It's an opportunity to immerse yourself in the social media industry while living in Bulgaria, with a full relocation package provided.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze user-generated content on major social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Identify and escalate potential policy violations, including hate speech, harassment, and inappropriate media, to maintain a safe digital environment.
- Maintain high accuracy and efficiency standards while processing large volumes of social media posts in the German language.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of social media safety protocols.
- Stay updated on evolving digital trends and platform policies to ensure consistent content moderation quality.
- Collaborate with international teams to provide insights on user behavior and platform engagement.
Requirements
- Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport is required for all applicants.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make objective, policy-based decisions.
- Previous experience in social media or customer support is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in English to effectively communicate within a multicultural office environment.
- Ability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, for this on-site opportunity.
