About the Role
This role involves creating and updating contract templates for land acquisition in renewable energy projects, acting as a key contact for land management, and advising project development teams on property law matters. You will also support negotiations with landowners and assist the legal department with civil law issues.
Responsibilities
- Creation and updating of contract templates for securing land for wind, solar, and BESS projects (e.g., land use agreements, cable easements, and right-of-way agreements).
- Main point of contact for the Land Management team on all matters concerning land use agreements and template approvals.
- Advising project development, land management, and asset management on property law issues.
- Supporting project development in negotiations with landowners.
- Assisting the legal department with ongoing project-related legal issues in civil law.
Requirements
- Completed first and second state examinations.
- Entry-level / up to 2 years of professional experience; prior knowledge in property law/tenancy law is helpful but not a prerequisite for hiring.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Full-time, part-time (80%).
