About the Role
Atlassian applications are a key enabler for the SWISS KRONO Group, driving collaboration, streamlining processes, and delivering insights into the IT landscape. This role provides expert consultancy for the Atlassian environment, contributing to operational excellence and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and implement projects in Jira in collaboration with the Product Owner.
- Design and implement ITSM processes within Jira Service Management, Jira Core & Assets (Cloud).
- Develop workflows, automation rules, dashboards, and reports tailored to business needs.
- Build and deploy Rovo-based features.
- Administer and maintain Jira and Confluence instances, ensuring performance, user experience, and scalability.
- Support teams in adopting Jira and Confluence for project management and knowledge sharing.
- Manage user permissions, roles, and integrations with other systems.
- Provide training and best practices to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Atlassian Cloud ecosystem.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience implementing ITSM processes.
- Proven experience as a Jira and Confluence Administrator.
- Proven experience of integrating Jira with other applications (cloud and on-premise).
- ITIL 4/5 certification.
- Experience with processes in multinational companies is a plus.
- English (B2 or higher), German/Polish is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
