About the Role
This role is responsible for the proactive management and delivery of new and existing projects focused on waste reduction, community reuse, food waste reduction, and waste and recycling service provision. The team seeks an individual who can increase recycling performance, possesses strong communication skills, understands recycling and waste management principles, and has experience delivering improvement projects in a waste environment. Responsibilities
- Proactive management and delivery of new and existing projects on waste reduction.
- Proactive management and delivery of new and existing projects on community reuse.
- Proactive management and delivery of new and existing projects on food waste reduction.
- Proactive management and delivery of new and existing projects on waste and recycling service provision.
- Increase recycling performance.
- Deliver improvement projects in a waste environment.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of the principles and practices of recycling and waste management.
- Experience in a waste environment delivering improvement projects.
