About the Role

Flatpay is seeking a proactive and empathetic Project Manager to support the company's growth by creating a motivating, compliant, and high-performing work environment. This role involves managing critical, time-sensitive projects from conception to completion, ensuring speed, structure, and clarity. The Project Manager will transform unclear requirements into concrete plans, independently gather information, and deliver professional results quickly.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple prioritized and time-sensitive projects independently from planning to implementation, ensuring clear results.
Translate unclear requirements into concrete plans and results quickly, without creating unnecessarily complicated processes.
Create high-quality documents and presentations by independently accessing existing materials and proven methods.
Define clear project scopes, milestones, and success criteria, track responsibilities, and make risks transparent early on.
Develop various options in fast, practical problem-solving formats and deliver results within hours instead of weeks.
Proactively inform the People Director and key stakeholders about progress, risks, and potential obstacles.
Seamlessly switch between various parallel topics while maintaining both quality and speed.

Requirements

Two to five years of professional experience in project management, program management, or operations, with proven experience in delivering high-quality results quickly.
Strong execution skills and excellent prioritization and time management abilities, without relying on regular overtime.
Independent and solution-oriented work style: independently gather necessary information, quickly learn new topics, and make well-founded, pragmatic decisions.
Clear and precise communication skills and confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders.
Very good knowledge of productivity and documentation tools, and a strong sense for presentation structure and design.
Ability to act pragmatically and business-oriented under time pressure and with changing priorities.
Excellent German language skills and the ability to navigate confidently in a fast-paced work environment with high demands.
Experience in the People area is an advantage, but not a requirement.
