About the Role
As a Yardi Support Analyst, you will support and enhance the Yardi Voyager platform for Savills' Middle East operations. You will be the primary contact for system users, providing technical support, managing incidents and service requests, performing system administration, and driving continuous improvement. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure effective platform operation, high-quality data and reporting, and support for business objectives. Additionally, you will help improve service desk processes, stakeholder engagement, and user experience.
