About the Role
For our subsidiary, SCHIFFL IT Service GmbH, we are looking for you! Exciting UCC projects in an industry-leading international IT company await you.
Responsibilities
- Concept, setup, and operation of Audiocodes SBC and Mediapacks
- Migration/integration of existing telephone systems and third-party solutions to Audiocodes SBC and Microsoft Teams
- Processing of customer incidents and changes
- Support of our sales team in technical presales
Requirements
- Structured and independent way of working
- Experience in IP telephony, preferably MS Teams and Audiocodes SBC
- Experience in the functionality of Contact Center solutions is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Teams administration
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and M365
- Teamwork skills and strong customer and service orientation
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
