About the Role
EPHIA is a modern training platform for licensed physicians in minimally invasive aesthetic medicine, combining high-quality medical training with patient-centered, inclusive medicine and a strong community. We are looking for reliable, organized, and empathetic support in reception and course management for our practical and combined courses.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact on-site, ensuring participants feel professional, safe, and welcome.
- Reception and support of participants.
- Point of contact for organizational questions on-site.
- Preparation and management of all necessary documents.
- Ensure consent forms and documents are fully completed.
- Organization and control of participant payments.
- Support for a structured and smooth course flow.
- Communication with the medical team and course management.
- Support participants during waiting times.
- General organizational support before, during, and after courses.
Requirements
- Friendly, professional, and empathetic demeanor.
- Organizational talent and independent work style.
- Reliability and sense of responsibility.
- Confident interaction with people and sensitive situations.
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience in reception, event management, practice management, or customer support is advantageous.
- Interest in medicine, aesthetics, or further education is a plus.
- Willingness to work on weekends, as courses are exclusively held on weekends.
