About the Role
We are seeking Service & Repair engineers to join our team of experienced Gas Engineers, ensuring customers receive timely assistance. You will be crucial in fulfilling our British Gas' Service Promise of same-day fixes for customers.
Responsibilities
- Represent British Gas in customer homes during service visits or breakdown repairs.
- Provide outstanding customer experience on every visit.
Requirements
- Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1)
- NVQ, C&G or equivalent in plumbing or heating
- 3 years' qualified experience in fault finding and diagnosis
- Electrical knowledge, including wiring and fault finding on S-plan, Y-plan and combination systems and boilers
- Experience working across a variety of boilers and central heating systems and manufacturers is essential.
