About the Role
As a Style Advisor at MR MARVIS, you will help customers find their perfect outfit by offering tailored styling advice and creating an inspiring atmosphere. This role is crucial in providing a welcoming and well-supported experience for every visitor.
Responsibilities
- Create a great first impression by welcoming customers, engaging with them, informing them about the brand and store concept, and inspiring them to explore the collection.
- Advise customers on products, quality, heritage, and size selection with confidence.
- Provide expert advice, including finding the right sizes and offering styling tips.
- Go the extra mile to elevate the customer's shopping experience, such as assisting with tailoring or offering refreshments.
- Ensure the store always looks its best, both inside and out.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and commercially minded.
- Patient, flexible, and presentable.
- A good communicator who can genuinely listen to the customer.
- Customer oriented.
- Passionate about styling and not afraid to offer alternative products.
- Interested in Fashion and Retail.
- Enthusiastic about MR MARVIS.
- Fluent in English.
