About the Role
Join our international kitchen team as a Chef de Partie (m/w/d) and create taste explosions in Balagan-style with a Tel Aviv feeling at the 25hours Hotel Bikini Berlin. Enjoy a 4-day work week with 3 free days each week, allowing for more flexible personal time.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth operations, a clean kitchen, and seamless teamwork, even during busy periods.
- Maintain high food quality standards and guide junior chefs, journeymen, and apprentices to achieve the same.
- Lead a station and actively support all kitchen areas as a trained gastronome.
Requirements
- Completed training as a cook with experience as a junior cook.
- Ability to motivate colleagues and lead a team.
- Passion for live cooking, international cuisine, and new food concepts.
- Bring your skills and personality to the team.
