About the Role
Develop technologies and systems to fundamentally improve the efficiency of test development and characterization processes for automotive MCU/SoC products. Your role spans both technical workflow design and system automation, enabling scalable, high-quality test development without reliance on individual expertise.
Responsibilities
- Develop technologies to streamline and standardize test development and characterization workflows for automotive MCU/SoC products
- Design and implement systems that link test specifications, characterization data, and mass-production test data
- Automate the construction and traceability of product test specifications from IP-level and product specifications
- Enable systematic processing of tasks from characterization data aggregation and analysis through mass-production test ramp-up
- Develop mechanisms to optimize test specifications, improve test quality, and reduce test development turnaround time (TAT)
- Establish robust methods for data linkage and automation across multiple test-related systems
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in semiconductor product testing/evaluation or programming
- 5+ years of professional experience in test specification design, characterization, or production test ramp-up for MCU/SoC products
- 5+ years of professional experience in process improvement or system/tool development using programming
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work cross-functionally and drive activities from requirements definition through development and implementation
