About the Role
As an intern in the Sales Team at the 25hours Hotel Bikini Berlin, you will represent the hotel and build strong customer relationships. You will manage your daily tasks independently, handle mailings, coordinate photoshoots, process blogger requests, and conduct hotel tours. You will also support various hotel projects, including social media events and PR activities, and assist the event team when needed.
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador for 25hours Hotels, building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Independently coordinate daily tasks and adhere to agreements, even with a busy schedule.
- Send out mailings, coordinate photoshoots, process blogger requests, and conduct hotel tours.
- Support various hotel projects such as social media events and PR actions.
- Assist the event team during colleagues' absences.
- Manage multiple customer calls simultaneously.
Requirements
- You have professional experience in a similar role within Sales.
- You speak good English.
- You have the ability to inspire people with our concept and are a passionate salesperson.
- You are a doer and openly admit mistakes.
- You bring not only your skills but also your character.
