About the Role
Rudolf Weber is seeking a Branch Manager for Building Cleaning Services in Berlin. This role involves leading a team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing operational and financial aspects of a designated area.
Responsibilities
- Leading a geographically assigned area of responsibility
- Managing, instructing, and training your own team
- Monitoring and ensuring customer satisfaction, quality, and hygiene standards, as well as ongoing business processes
- Actively influencing the achievement of business objectives (budget, revenue, and profit responsibility)
- Planning, deploying, and coordinating orders considering personnel and material resources
- Responsibility for compliance with legal regulations, guidelines, and internal company rules

Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in building cleaning
- Ideally, completed training as a building cleaner or leadership/management experience in an equivalent position
- Proficient in using standard MS Office applications
- Good manners and a convincing demeanor
- Experience in leading employees
- Strong communication skills and resilience
- Initiative, flexibility, and reliability
- Analytical and structured thinking and acting
- Driver's license class B
