About the Role
As a construction PM, you will guide general contractors and maximize profits on behalf of the client. You will be responsible for factory and research facility projects as the lead. With a constant pipeline of projects, you will have the opportunity to challenge yourself in various fields. Business trips of 3-4 days per week are also negotiable.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans and manage performance using KPIs.
- Guide and manage general contractors and architectural firms.
- Procure resources and plan and continuously manage quality, safety, and environment (HSE).
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams.
- Engage in cutting-edge and large-scale projects such as factories, data centers, offices, and commercial facilities through a partnership with CBRE, a provider of business real estate services.
Requirements
- Experience in construction PM or construction site management.
- Experience in English communication in a business setting.
- Experience with factories and plants.
Work Type
- Business trips of 3-4 days per week are negotiable.
