About the Role
Modern Intelligence is hiring its first dedicated designer to set the future brand direction across all digital and physical media. Working with the executive and marketing teams, you will produce brand books, presentation decks, video assets, social graphics, marketing and product pages, UI for Sovereign's operator app, trade-show materials, one-pagers, and merchandise.

Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as a designer (brand, visual, product, or hybrid) with shipped work in both digital and physical media
- Portfolio of shipped work including decks, presentations, web or product UI, and print, booth, or environmental pieces
- Ability to design for a technical B2B or defense/dual-use product and explain choices to founders and engineers without design jargon
- Experience working with marketing and founders on campaigns, events, and brand systems
- Experience building digital pages with AI, such as standalone landing pages, product pages, a marketing site, or similar campaign pages
- Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and Photoshop from concept through production files
- Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or other protected individual)
