About the Role
As a representative of the client, you will lead general contractors and maximize profits through architectural project management. You will be in charge of factory and research institute projects as a chief. With a foundation that always secures projects, you can also challenge yourself in various fields. Business trips of 3 to 4 days per week are also negotiable. You will be involved in cutting-edge and large-scale projects such as factories, data centers, offices, and commercial facilities through a partnership with CBRE, which develops commercial real estate services.
Responsibilities
- Project planning and performance management using KPIs
- Guidance and management of general contractors and architectural firms
- Resource procurement, and planning and continuous management of Quality, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
- Lead and facilitate cross-departmental teams
Requirements
- Experience in architectural PM or site management
- Experience in factory/plant construction (preferred)
- Experience working in a multinational environment with a flat culture, high individual discretion, and fast decision-making
