About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Digital Producer to act as a strategic partner for clients, owning a portfolio of ongoing retainer accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of digital platforms, including Webflow, CMS, performance, SEO, and digital marketing strategy. You will be responsible for understanding client goals, spotting growth opportunities, managing budgets, and ensuring delivered work drives business forward. This is not a project coordination role, but a strategic client relationship management position.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of retainer clients as their primary strategic contact at N4 Studio.
- Lead roadmapping, prioritization, and performance reviews across accounts.
- Translate client goals into clear, actionable briefs for design, development, and content teams.
- Use Webflow knowledge to effectively scope, brief, and manage work.
- Make smaller updates directly in Webflow where appropriate.
- Proactively identify and drive account expansion opportunities.
- Manage retainer budgets month by month, scoping work accurately.
- Run regular governance calls and produce valuable client reporting.
- Contribute to the improvement of the Client Success function.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends to provide informed perspectives to clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a digital or creative agency.
- At least 2 years in a senior Digital Account Management, Client Success, or Digital Producer role.
- Proven track record managing retainer accounts and deepening client relationships.
- Commercially sharp with an instinct for spotting upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Technically credible in conversations about web platforms, CMS, performance, SEO/AEO, and digital marketing strategy.
- Strong Webflow knowledge, including understanding platform structure and delivery.
- Hands-on Webflow experience to navigate builds and make smaller updates independently.
- Strong communicator and relationship-builder with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Calm and structured when priorities shift, able to juggle multiple accounts.
- Experienced with tools like Webflow, Figma, Slack, and project management platforms.
- Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating globally.
- Full professional English proficiency required; resume must be submitted in English.
