About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the complete delivery of website and digital projects at N4 Studio. This role involves managing projects from initial scoping through to launch, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope remain on track while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively identify risks, navigate changing priorities, and ensure teams have the necessary resources for successful project completion. A strong understanding of Webflow or similar platforms is essential for scoping, planning, and managing projects effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead website and digital projects from kickoff through to launch
- Translate client briefs into clear project plans, timelines, scopes, and budgets
- Coordinate design, development, and content workstreams across multiple projects
- Manage project documentation, timelines, risks, and status updates
- Keep projects on time and within budget while maintaining a high standard of delivery
- Identify risks, blockers, and scope issues early and resolve them before they impact delivery
- Act as the senior point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Run regular client status meetings and keep expectations clear from kickoff through to handover
- Brief and coordinate designers, developers, copywriters, and other contributors
- Ensure internal teams are well-scoped, unblocked, and clear on priorities
- Source, brief, and manage contractors where additional delivery support is required
- Manage contractor costs as part of overall project budgets
- Partner with the wider team on scoping, estimating, and new business opportunities
- Flag potential retainer, repeat project, or growth opportunities to the Client Success team
- Contribute to N4’s project management processes, reporting, and wider delivery systems
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital project management, ideally within a digital, creative, or web agency
- Experience managing website and digital projects from scoping through to launch
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and workstreams across design, development, and content
- Strong understanding of project scope, timelines, budgets, and resourcing
- Experienced in identifying risks, managing scope changes, and keeping projects on track when priorities shift
- Confident managing clients throughout the project lifecycle, including expectations, status meetings, escalations, and difficult conversations
- Able to translate client requirements into clear briefs, plans, and actions for internal teams
- Strong working knowledge of Webflow and how Webflow websites are designed and delivered
- Comfortable working closely with designers and developers and understanding the dependencies between each stage of delivery
- Experienced managing external contractors or freelancers where required
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership without needing constant direction
- Clear communicator who can keep clients, internal teams, and senior stakeholders aligned
- Full professional English proficiency required; resume must be submitted in English
