About the Role
As the PM for Scale at Factory, you will own how our platform supports end-to-end software development for the world's largest companies. This role focuses on enabling enterprises to govern AI proliferation, control costs, and measure token ROI within software engineering, making the Factory platform the premier solution for these challenges. You will build capabilities and visibility for admins, executives, and end-users, ensuring trust and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will develop features allowing customers to codify organizational knowledge and best practices to elevate software quality across their companies. You will own the Enterprise NDR metric, collaborate with engineering pods, and work with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Deployment teams to incorporate field feedback and effectively launch new capabilities. Direct customer engagement will ensure the provision of the right primitives for building and governing their software factories. The product function aims to be high-leverage, high-ownership, and hands-on, involving direct interaction with C-suite executives and shipping product improvements. You will be central to defining the role of Product in a software factory-driven organization.
