Responsibilities
- Provide product support for capsule endoscopy systems and customer service.
- Perform repair and maintenance services, and establish local network environments in collaboration with sales and marketing departments.
- Respond to technical inquiries from customers and resolve complaints and defects in conjunction with the Quality Assurance department.
- Learn and apply the latest technical information in collaboration with the manufacturing technical department to provide high-level technical support.
- Deliver high-quality services to customers.
- Provide a wide range of flexible services as part of the Service & Repair team, considering not only Endoscopy business products but also Medical Surgical business products and all Medtronic products.
- Perform network integration work during the in-hospital introduction of capsule endoscopy systems.
- Construct future outsourced work and remote support operations related to the above tasks.
- Collaborate with the quality department on complaint analysis.
- Support smooth product introduction by collaborating with manufacturing, marketing, and quality departments during new product introductions.
- Respond to requests for repair and inspection of capsule endoscopy systems.
- Perform repair and inspection of other Medtronic products, including field service and in-house work.
Requirements
- Work experience in information technology, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
- IT work experience or knowledge of network, server, and PC troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills.
- PC skills necessary for document creation using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.
- Ability to work nights and holidays as needed.
- Possession of a regular driver's license.
