About the Role
Publicis Sapient is growing its Product Design capability across Australia and is seeking talented Product Designers at Senior Associate, Manager, and Senior Manager levels for upcoming permanent and contract opportunities. Our teams collaborate across public sector, financial services, consumer, health, and other complex industries to create products and services that improve experiences for customers and citizens. We welcome designers with strong craft, curiosity, empathy, and a collaborative mindset, who can balance customer needs, business goals, and technical considerations.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to design activities across discovery, design and delivery
- Create user journeys, wireframes and prototypes
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centred solutions
- Guide product design workstreams and client engagements
- Facilitate workshops and support design decision-making
- Coach and support designers while promoting high-quality delivery outcomes
- Shape design strategy and experience vision across complex programs
- Lead teams and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Foster design excellence, capability growth and positive business outcomes
Requirements
- End-to-end Product Design, UX and UI experience
- User research, testing and insight-led design
- Interaction design, wireframing and prototyping
- Figma, design systems and component-based design
- Accessibility and inclusive design practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Experience in consulting, government, enterprise or other complex delivery environments
- Some public sector opportunities may require Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance
