About the Role
This role focuses on converting patient inquiries into scheduled consultations for elective healthcare procedures. You will manage calls, address patient concerns about cost and timing, and book consultations with Dr. Fan's team, contributing to patient acquisition and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Reach every new inquiry within 5 minutes
- Handle cost, timing, fear and "still looking"
- Book the right people with Dr. Fan and confirm them
- Manage a sales pipeline, responding to leads and maintaining momentum
- Conduct 240+ dials a day across 120+ leads
- Record and review calls for coaching
Requirements
- Carried a number and beat it
- Sold elective healthcare, coordinated patients, or speak Mandarin or Spanish (a plus)
- Know your best month and can prove it
- Care how people feel about the way they look
- Willing to have calls recorded and coached
