About the Role
FOX Rehabilitation is a pioneer in Geriatric House Calls™, providing physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help abolish ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes. This role offers the flexibility to create and control your treatment schedule within an interdisciplinary team focused on functional outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting.
- Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions.
- Create, control, and alter your treatment schedule.
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply.
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Basic computer literacy skills.
- Current CPR certification.
