About the Role
AFD.Tech, a subsidiary of the Accenture group, is a leader in digital transformation, helping large companies overcome technological challenges. This role involves commercial development, account management, and consultant management to ensure client growth and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and convert new leads to expand the client portfolio.
- Detect business opportunities, prepare tender responses (CDC, CDS, MSA), and negotiate technical and financial proposals.
- Manage client satisfaction and provide regular reporting on commercial activities.
- Coach and support Business Managers.
- Commercial prospecting (cold calling, discovery meetings, and follow-up).
- Manage the P&L for the assigned scope and consolidate commercial information.
- Conduct monthly account reviews and forecast client acquisition/churn.
- Manage Consultants (performance monitoring, coaching, training, and complex situation management).
Requirements
- A Master's degree (Bac +5) from a business school or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in commercial development, preferably in IT service companies (ESN) or business services.
- Fluent English is highly appreciated.
