About the Role
We are looking for talented Brand Ambassadors to be the face of Express Flooring at events and trade shows. This is an opportunity to make fantastic money representing our product, with earnings directly tied to the number of appointments set.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and schedule qualified appointments at various events, trade shows, and retail locations.
- Engage actively with potential clients, understand their flooring needs, inform them about product offerings, address concerns, and schedule appointments for free in-home consultations.
- Achieve and surpass goals during each shift.
- Attend team meetings to enhance skills as an event professional.
- Set up and dismantle event booths as required.
Requirements
- Must be outgoing and enjoy initiating conversations and meeting new individuals.
- High energy and strong face-to-face communication skills are a must.
- Motivated to help build the Express Flooring brand.
- Must be available during the day on weekdays and weekends.
- Ability to stand for 4-6 hours at a time.
- Reliable transportation.
- A confident team player who can work independently.
- 1+ years of sales, customer service, or marketing experience is preferred.
