About the Role
Roadpost is seeking a hands-on NetSuite technical expert to lead the internal technical oversight for Phase 2 of their NetSuite OneWorld implementation, focusing on Inventory Management and WMS. This role is crucial for strengthening the existing environment, remediating technical debt, and ensuring the successful delivery of new functionalities across multiple subsidiaries and currencies.
Responsibilities
- Lead Phase 2 Technical Oversight, reviewing solution design, configuration, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and integrations.
- Provide hands-on expertise in serialized inventory, warehouse operations, returns/RMAs, inventory movement, and lifecycle management.
- Assess implementation partner recommendations, identify risks, and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Audit existing scripts, workflows, and customizations; assess legacy SuiteScript 1.0; and address technical debt.
- Troubleshoot integrations with Celigo, Zone & Co, ZoneCapture/Beanwork, and NSPB.
- Support the migration and validation of inventory, item, order, serial/RMA, and operational data.
- Document key architecture, customizations, integrations, and design decisions.
- Communicate technical risks and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite technical or techno-functional experience, including multi-subsidiary, multi-currency OneWorld environments.
- Strong practical experience implementing or supporting NetSuite Inventory Management and/or WMS in an inventory-intensive environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, saved searches/SuiteQL, custom records, and NetSuite configuration.
- Ability to assess and modernize legacy SuiteScript 1.0.
- Demonstrated ability to review NetSuite solutions, identify risks, and determine when native functionality is preferable to custom development.
- Comfortable inheriting an existing NetSuite environment, diagnosing complex technical issues, and improving implementations requiring remediation.
- Able to translate technical issues into practical recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Celigo, Zone & Co, NSPB, ZoneCapture/Beanworks, inventory data migration, or serialized hardware/device environments is an asset.
- NetSuite Administrator, SuiteFoundation, or relevant developer certification is an asset.
- Hands-on experience integrating NetSuite with Amazon FBA through Celigo, including familiarity with Celigo’s Amazon connector.
- Experience using AI tools to support development, troubleshooting, and productivity.
