About the Role
We are a busy, fast-paced breakfast and lunch restaurant seeking an energetic, dependable, and quick-thinking individual. The ideal candidate is attentive, learns quickly, and can proactively identify and address needs within the team. This role requires comfort working in a high-volume environment, managing multiple tasks, and interacting positively with customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Build sandwiches and bagel orders quickly and accurately.
- Work alongside the grill team during busy breakfast service.
- Prepare and restock ingredients throughout the shift.
- Read tickets and keep orders moving.
- Assist guests and take orders.
- Package completed orders.
- Maintain clean, stocked, and organized stations.
- Assist other stations as needed.
Requirements
- Must have weekend availability.
- Must have early morning availability.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized while working quickly.
- Ability to notice what needs to be done next without constant direction.
- Strong sense of urgency and willingness to help other team members.
- Comfortable working on a busy food line and handling multiple orders simultaneously.
- Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute wherever needed.
- Ability to take direction and work well within a team.
- Restaurant experience is a plus but not required.
