About the Role
Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Install Lead in Syracuse, NY. This role involves installing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and educating clients on heating and cooling systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation of furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, fireplaces, AC units etc. for residential clients
- Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and address HVAC concerns
- Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean, safe, and up to high standards upon departure
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job
- Help train new hires in the field during installations
- Perform other duties as assigned by your manager
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 2-5+ years of HVAC Install experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour Certificate and EPA Universal Certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required
Skills
- Strong understanding of heating and cooling systems
- Experience installing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment
