About the Role
Do it Best is seeking motivated individuals for general warehouse positions at our distribution center in Montgomery, NY. This role offers opportunities to develop skills in logistics and product fulfillment, with training provided for operating powered equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
Responsibilities
- Operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks
- Perform order filling, shipping, receiving, and stocking duties
- Lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs repeatedly
- Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs
- Assist in team lifts
- Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, and stoop
- Perform work at floor level, waist level, or above shoulders

- Earn up to $26.48 /hr
- Wage starting from $20.25 - $23 per hour with regular increases every 180 days
- Eligible team members can earn an additional $0.76 - $2.13 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus
