About the Role
Wright’s Corners Animal Care Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Chief of Staff Veterinarian to lead and develop an experienced team, mentor staff, and champion high-quality medicine while practicing alongside the team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a medical leader while continuing to practice alongside the team
- Mentor and support veterinarians and clinical team members
- Champion high-quality medicine and patient care
- Partner with hospital leadership to strengthen medical standards and team culture
- Help drive the continued growth and success of the practice

Salary/Compensations
- $130,000–$160,000
- Quarterly Production Bonus with no negative accrual
