Responsibilities
- Prepare glaze/ice/filling mixture.
- Pump mixture into a large mixing bowl for boiling and blending.
- Oversee glaze/icing/filler operations.
- Assist in overseeing the Honey Bun Fryer to ensure quality product.
- Record the number of batches and weights into the SAP computer program.
- Lift and position ingredient bags onto a lift table and then into a mixing kettle.
- Measure, combine, and transport ingredients for glaze batches.
- Operate hand valves to ensure efficient operation of the glaze/icing/filler machine.
- Use Load Hogg to move filler troughs to the filler machine.
- Regulate grease pumped into the fryer using a hand valve.
- Monitor fryer temperature and operation for proper honey bun frying.
- Operate within the parameters of the facility’s Security Program.
- Ensure all internal food safety and quality policies and procedures are followed.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including EEO, Sexual Harassment, Global Food Safety Standards, HACCP, Safety, and Sarbanes Oxley.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, including fulfilling work schedules and adhering to attendance policies.
