About the Role
Training The Street (TTS) is seeking part-time instructors to lead financial modeling and valuation training programs at corporate and academic clients throughout North America and Europe. TTS instructors train finance professionals at the most reputable corporate and academic institutions, combining expert content, innovative technology, and proven pedagogy for hands-on, practical learning. In this role, you will lead virtual and in-person training sessions, providing insight and expertise to finance professionals.
Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive in-person or virtual training programs for top investment banks, consulting firms, and business schools
- Work with instructor development coaches to learn TTS content, systems, and delivery best practices
- Collaborate with client relationship managers to identify and meet client needs
- Book and manage travel as needed
- Deliver 15-80 days of training per year, with the bulk of deliveries from June-August
- Edit and update training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy
- Develop new course content tailored to client needs
- Contribute to internal and client-facing thought leadership
Requirements
- MBA
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking, asset management, private equity, equity research, or corporate finance
- Strong analytical skills, especially in valuation and financial modeling
- Strong proficiency in Excel, particularly with constructing financial models
- Comfort with AI tools and their impact and use cases in financial services
- Superb attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and group communication skills
- Team player and active listener
- Passion for teaching and sharing knowledge; prior teaching experience preferred
