About the Role
We are seeking a versatile and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in the Austin area, supporting a wide array of disorders. This role offers a collaborative environment within an outpatient clinic and the opportunity for personalized, one-on-one patient impact. It is ideal for a PTA who enjoys variety and wants to grow with a flourishing practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality manual therapy and exercise-based treatments.
- Conduct outpatient home visits for local patients.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient goals and clinical findings.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
- Provide wellness classes or personal training formats for patients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience (Outpatient experience preferred).
- Active Texas Physical Therapist Assistant license.
- Comfortable traveling to community.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
