About the Role
Serve as a trusted mental health clinician, helping patients navigate challenges before they become larger barriers to their well-being. - Evaluate and diagnose mental health conditions using clinical interviews, validated screening tools, and available medical history.
- Help patients identify and achieve meaningful personal, social, and career-related goals.
- Provide individual therapy using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and CAMS, tailoring treatment to each patient's unique needs.
- Determine when short-term treatment is appropriate and coordinate seamless referrals when longer-term or specialized services would better support the patient.
- Respond to crisis situations with confidence, compassion, and sound clinical judgment.
- Partner with an interdisciplinary care team through case consultation, care coordination, referral management, and collaborative treatment planning.
Requirements

- Real understanding of the pressures of high-stress, high-performance work environments.
