About the Role

Readly, now part of Cafeyn Group, is seeking a curious, creative, and organized Performance Marketing Intern to scale its creator strategy across the UK, Germany, and France. This role involves supporting the full creator marketing process, from identification and briefing to content production coordination and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

Research and identify relevant creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube in the UK, Germany, and France.
Build and maintain a database of high-potential creators and help develop a shortlist for ongoing collaborations.
Prepare and send creator briefs, ensuring clear content requirements, key messages, and deliverables.
Coordinate with creators and local Marketing Managers throughout the content production process and follow up on deliverables.
Track and report on the performance of creator content.
Prepare regular creative performance summaries and identify key learnings from content produced.
Review creator assets and identify effective content elements.
Help build and organize the creative asset library by market, format, angle, and hook.
Stay on top of creator trends, competitor activity, emerging formats, and new social media tools.
Share interesting examples and insights with the wider marketing team.
Contribute ideas to the creative testing roadmap and suggest new formats, creators, and content angles to test.
Help develop content roadmaps for each market based on trends, seasonality, channels, and performance learnings.
Support performance marketing activities, including channel and competitor research.
Work with colleagues across markets and functions to support broader marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Strong interest in creators, social media, and digital marketing.
A good creative eye and the ability to explain why some content works better than others.
Excellent written communication skills; ability to write clear, concise, and engaging briefs and messages.
Highly organized and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple creators, deliverables, and deadlines simultaneously.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, numbers, and performance analysis.
Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working with people across different teams and markets.
Fluent English and one other language (French or German).
