About the Role
You will be one of the first employees in the outbound department. Since there is no fixed concept yet, you have a lot of scope to shape the work: AI takes over repetitive tasks, and you bring the human touch where it matters. You will work independently and report to our Head of GTM (Go-to-Market) Stefan.
Responsibilities
- You will build an AI-powered outbound engine, automating research, lead scoring, and reporting with Claude and HubSpot.
- You will personally approach key accounts via phone, LinkedIn, video, or at events.
- You will qualify appointments and hand them over to our Account Executives with real context, not just as booked appointments.
- You will test new approaches every week and document what works.
Requirements
- You have 2-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS outbound, for example as an SDR or BDR, and can show your own pipeline results.
- You have experience with AI-powered workflows and CRM tools, ideally HubSpot.
- You write convincing texts for cold outreach and work data-driven.
- You are fluent in German and English.
