Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, engaging service.
- Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and styling suggestions.
- Operate cash register and process transactions accurately.
- Maintain store appearance, including folding, restocking, and organizing merchandise.
- Support visual merchandising and store displays.
- Keep fitting rooms clean and organized.
- Meet sales goals and promote store products.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines.
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn brand standards and product knowledge.
- Must be able to follow store policies and dress code guidelines.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
