About the Role
We are looking for a driven and impactful Software Engineer: Data, AI & Workflow Automation to drive transformation through building solutions that bring real results. As a Software Engineer: Data, AI & Workflow Automation, you'll build and scale a variety of engineering projects by bringing your expertise in data engineering, AI/LLM integration, and process orchestration to fuel change and measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Build and run data pipelines that feed AI use cases
- Automate business processes with workflow and orchestration tooling
- Connect messy client systems into clean, testable data flows
- Integrate LLMs and AI components into data and workflow setups
- Collaborate with the engineering team and clients in fast, agile cycles
- Ensure data is reliable, accessible, and ready for decision-making
Requirements
- Generalist engineering skills
- Hands-on data engineering experience
- Practical AI/LLM integration experience
- Experience with process orchestration
- A pragmatic mindset: you ship and don't wait for perfect specs
- Comfort with ambiguity; you think in products, not tickets
- Ability to explain a trade-off to an engineer and to a CEO
- English (a must)
- Some German appreciated
